The wife and I headed into San Francisco a couple of weeks ago to attend the first ever Google Plus photo conference. It was put on by Google and Kelby media. We learned a lot about Google plus and how photographers can increase their presence there as well as attending some really cool on location shoots with models and vehicles. The day before the conference we met with a group of photographers and did a photo walk through the Castro district . If you have never done a photo walk you should find a local group and sign up for one right now. Its a great way to meet like minded people and have a good time just walking around an area taking shots of different stuff for fun. Here is one that I took of a rusty fire hydrant.
